Please don’t share health information here

The forms on this website are for a first hello only. Please don’t include symptoms, diagnoses, medications, or other health details in the inquiry form or anywhere else on the site. Those conversations happen later, privately, through the appropriate booking and intake route.

What this site collects

• Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, how you heard about the practice, which service you’re interested in, and an optional short message, so we can reply. [TODO: where submissions are stored and who can read them]
• Newsletter signup: your email address, only if you opt in. [TODO: provider (Kit or Substack) and its privacy terms]

Booking and payments
